Will Wi‑Fi reach the full plan speed?
Results depend on the router, device, Wi‑Fi band and interference. Ethernet gives the most accurate test.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Ask support or use the customer portal to check the available change conditions.
How long does connection take?
Fibre connection includes the cable, installation and ONU. The router is purchased separately. Connection is guaranteed within 5 working days after technical availability is confirmed.
