If you have lost your internet connection, check the following first:
- The integrity of cables and connectors on them (especially if pets can have access to network equipment).
- Cable connectors must be securely plugged into their respective network equipment connectors.
- The equipment must be in active working condition - plugged into a 220V socket, there must be a normal LED indication.
- Try powering off your network equipment for a few seconds and restarting your computer.
If after that the Internet connection is not restored, please contact us in any convenient way.
